摘 要: 先进表面工程技术是当代材料科技、真空科技与高科技的交叉领域和发展前沿,成为现代高新技术领域和先进制造业的重要前沿之一,在高性能防护涂层和功能薄膜方面应用广泛。本文综述了先进表面工程的发展趋势、工艺过程及其新进展与当代科技架构的关系以及先进表面工程技术的产业化。文章最后强调指出,在先进表面工程技术中采用远离平衡态镀膜技术、等离子体技术、激光技术、纳米技术等均取得了良好的应用效果。 Nowadays, advanced surface technology is an interdiscipline which incorporates contemporary material and vacuum technologies with new/high-tech development and becomes one of the leading-edge technologies for manufacturing. It has been applied extensively to the field of surface coatings and functional films with high performances. Its development trend, technological processes and their new progress are reviewed. Relation between the framework of contemporary seience and technology and successful industrial applications of far-from-equilibrium plating process, plasma technology, laser technology and nano-technology is emphasized.
