摘 要: 本文对过程能量系统综合优化技术和过程能量结构模型进行了系统的分析和研究;提出已在石化、炼油行业应用成功的“三环节”能量结构理论应用于造纸企业的能量系统综合与优化。并根据“三环节”能量结构模型,对某造纸企业的能量系统进行了热量平衡、平衡以及能量效率进行了计算和分析,分别对能量利用环节、能量回收环节和能量转换环节的能量利用、能量回收和能量转换效率进行了评价,分析研究了该厂各环节能量效率低下的因素,指出该厂具有巨大的节能潜力。 Based on the analysis of process energy system optimization techniques and energy system models,the energy system of a pulp and paper mill is classified as three sub systems (three links):energy conversion link,energy use link and energy recovery link in this paper.The three link model(including the physical model and the mathematical model) for a pulp and paper mill energy system is established,which will provide the scientific basis for the optimization of energy system of papermaking enterprises.In this paper,the energy system analysis for a pulp and paper mill are completed based on the three link model,and the energy efficiency of the three link of process energy system is given respectively according to the analysis results.Some factors that cause low energy efficiency and high energy loss are discussed and analyzed.And this paper points out that the pulp and paper mill has enormous energy savings potential.
