摘　　要： 本文从理论上探讨了两个具有周期结构的膜系叠加问题,得到叠加后的截止带具有各膜系间非干涉特征的结论,并将叠加推广到多个具有周期结构的膜系、周期结构膜系与非周期结构膜系的叠加情形.同时,文中还指出了这种叠加的实际意义. In this paper, the problem of the superposition of two film systems with periodic structures is discussed theoretically, reaching a conclusion that the cut off of the superposition has non-interference characteristics of each film system.The superposition of more than two periodic film systems and that of a periodic with a non-periodic are also discussed.The real significance of the superposition is also indicated in this paper.
