摘 要: 目的:优选三七的最佳提取纯化工艺。方法:采用正交设计的方法,以三七总皂苷的含量作为考察指标,对三七的提取纯化工艺进行了优化。结果:选用热浸法对三七进行提取,实验设计四个因素均对提取效率有显著性影响;最佳工艺条件为:溶剂量12倍,乙醇浓度80%,浸出时间160 min,温度65℃。结论:试验结果可为三七提取工艺的确定提供实验依据;该优化工艺可为工业生产提供参考。 Objective:To optimize the conditions for extraction of Panax notoginseng ( Burk. ) F. H. Chen. Methods; Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design, and the contents of total notoginseng saponin were measured. Results; Panax notoginseng was extracted by decoction method. Significant effect was observed in 4 different experimental conditions. The optimum condition for the extraction of Panax notoginseng was to soak the drug in 12 times amount of 80% alcohol for 160 min at 65 ℃. Conclusion; The experimental results provided the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Panax notoginseng preparation. It is available for industrial production.
