摘 要: 对活性艳红X-3B模拟印染废水进行了不同条件下的电混凝脱色研究。结果表明,选用二氧化铅-钛电极对脱色有利;高离子澄清剂G409的电混凝脱色效果要优于其它常用混凝剂,其最佳pH值为6~7,投加量为40~50mg Al)2O_3/L;温度升高会加速活性艳红X-3B水解而导致脱色率下降,电解产物在空气中放置一定时间可以提高脱色率。 Studies are made to the electrolytic coagulation decolorization of simulated printing and dyeing wastewater with reactive brilliant red X-3B as main component under different conditions. The results indicate that the PbO_2-Ti electrode brings better decolorization; that high ionic clarificant G409 brings better effect than other conventional coagulants, with a best pH 6-7 and a dosage of 40-50mg Al)2O_3/L; that the reduction of decolorization rate is caused by the acceleration of the hydrolyzation of reactive brilliant red X-3B as the temperature going higher, and the product of electrolysis, when being left in the air for a certain period of time, can lead to higher decolorization rate.
