摘　　要： "三农"问题的重要根源之一在于农民组织化程度低与大市场的矛盾。"龙头企业+农户"的形式不能根本改变农户分散状况和弱者地位,却可能造成农户对龙头企业的依赖,不利于农户经营能力的提高;"合作社+农户"则是农户通过联合、合作,增强自身竞争力的较好的组织形式。 The basic cause of the three problems of agriculture, rural communities and peasants lies in the contradiction between the lower degree of organization of peasants and the large market. The organizational form of'key enterprise plus peasants' cannot change the situation of scatteredness of peasants and their weak position; instead, it can contribute to the dependence of peasants on the enterprise. Therefore it is not favorable to the improvement of the peasants' operational ability. A better organizational form which can enhance the peasants' competitiveness is the model of 'cooperative plus peasants' through combination and cooperation. 
