摘 要: A new flow injection electrogenerated chemiluminescence(ECL)method for the determination of pefloxacin was developed.The method is based on the sensitiving effect of pefloxacin on the weak ECL signal of electrochemical oxidation of luminol on the platinum flake electrode in the medium of 0.05mol/L Na2CO3-NaHCO3.This ECL response is in the range of 1.0×10-8~1.4×10-5g/ml pefloxacin with a detection limit of 8.0×10-9g/ml.The relative standard deviation is 2.5%.This method was used to determine pefloxacin in samples with satisfactory results.
