摘 要: 根据模具行业的特点和网络制造化的发展趋势,提出了基于长期合作的战略网络是适应当前环境变化的模具网络化制造组织模式。阐述了企业战略网络在模具企业中广泛应用的必要性,探讨了模具企业建立战略网络的若干动机,提出了模具企业四种主要的联盟网络模式,分析了模具企业联盟网络模式的选择过程,并对我国模具行业的发展提出了建议。 According to the characteristics of mold industry and the developmental trend ofnetworked manufacture, strategic network based on long-term collaboration was presented aspreferable organizational mode for mold enterprises to adapt to the dynamic environment. Thenecessity that strategic network would be pervasive in mold enterprises was discussed. Differentmotivations of forming strategic networks and four main network modes were further explored.The process that mold enterprises choose suitable network modes was analyzed. Some sugges-tions about the development of Chinese mold industry were proposed accordingly.
