摘　　要： 随着国际化趋势的加快和中国改革开放的深入 ,英语学习将更加注重英语的运用、注重英语作为一种文化交流工具的作用。“听”是进行交流的先决条件 ,“听力”是一种迅速正确地辨音解意 ,理解语义并对听到的信息作出迅速反应的能力。因此 ,如何更好地培养学生的英语“听力” ,是新世纪广大英语教育工作者所面临的具有战略意义的历史任务。 With the internationalize tendency speeding up and Chinese reform and open penetrating into, English study shall lay its stress on English application and the action of the culture communication tool.“Listening” is the prerequisite list of communication,“hearing ”is a kind of swift reaction ability according to the information of talk after correctly differentiateing the talk and comprehending the semantic meaning.Hence ,how to better foster English “tearing”,which is the history mission facing the most English educational workers and containing strategy sense in the new period.
