摘　　要： 在广东五邑侨乡自然和人文历史地理背景基础上,阐述以华侨为纽带引进近代西方城镇规划布局制度,营建具有岭南区域特色的骑楼、碉楼等所体现中西规划与建筑文化融合的历史过程、特质和风格,尤其是将西方的的建筑形式与中国传统的聚落布局和设计相结合文化创新,具体说明华侨文化是一种时代先进文化,应予继承、弘扬和发展,为现实服务。 On the basis of natural and human historical geography in Wuyi of Guangdong, the hometown of Overseas Chinese, the modern city layout system introduced by Overseas Chinese, and the blending history of Chinese and Western Culture, characteristics and style embodied in Qilou and Diaolou, the previously typical architecture in the southern area of the Five Ridges were discussed. The cultural innovation enlightened on the basis of the combination of the western architecture and traditional Chinese inhabitancy layout and planning shows that the Overseas Chinese culture once was an advanced culture and deserves inheriting and developing in today's China.
