摘 要: 采用发光二极管(LED)作为光源,借助时间分辨精度为亚飞秒的迈克耳逊干涉仪对Nd2O3硝酸溶液的吸收干涉图进行测量,并通过傅里叶变化得到其吸收谱,从而证实了用LED作为透射型傅里叶变换光谱仪光源的可行性。 The interferogram of light transmission through Nd-2O-3 solution in HNO-3 was measured by Michelson interferometer with sub-femtosecond time resolution. Light emitting diode (LED) was applied as a light source and the absorption spectrum of Nd-2O-3 solution was obtained by Fourier transforming the recorded interferogram. The feasibility of using LED for Fourier transform spectroscopy was demonstrated.
