摘 要: 目的研究E-选择素(E-selectin)基因多态性与健康人群血脂谱改变的关系。方法随机选择230例湖北地区无血缘关系健康汉族人群,用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测其E-selectin基因型,分析各基因型对血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白的影响。结果正常汉族人群中E-selectin基因型以GG型发生频率最高(91.7%),男女间差异不显著,且基因型间血脂水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在汉族人群中存在E-selectin基因多态性,且与血脂水平无相关性(P>0.05)。 Objective: To study the effect of E-selectin polymorphism on serum levels of lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins. Methods: The E-selectin genotypes of 230 cases of healthy Chinese in Hubei area were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The effects of E-selectin genotypes on serum lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins variation were analyzed. Resμlts: The frequency of E-selectin GG genotype was the highest among E-selectin polymorphism (91.7%) and there were no differences between male and female (P>0.05). Their serum lipid levels also had no significant difference among genotypes (P>0.05). Conclusions: E-selectin gene polymorphism exists in Chinese Han population and there is no correlation between E-selectin polymorphism and serum lipid levels.
