摘　　要： 利用Pro/E软件编制耳机注塑模具嵌件的数控加工程序。针对各加工阶段的特点和要求 ,创建了用于粗加工的铣削体积块和用于精加工的铣削曲面 ,通过加工工序的合理设置规划了各阶段的加工方式 。 The CNC programming for the machining of an insert of earphone injection mould is finished by using Pro/E.According to the characteristics and requirements of different machining processes,a mill volume used for the rough machining and a mill surface used for the finish machining are created.The machining methods for different processes are determined by means of the appropriate setup of NC sequences,and the high speed machining strategies for the mould are specified.
