摘 要: 建立了电力市场下发电企业的基本竞争模型,并以此为基础分析了电力体制改革对发电企业的影响,进而从战略成本管理的角度提出了发电企业的应对策略,以使发电企业能够在电力市场中保持持久竞争优势。 The basic competition model of generation enterprises in electric power market is established. On this basis,the influence of electric power system reform on generation enterprises is analyzed. Moreover,relevant strategy is introduced from the perspective of strategy cost control, in order to maintain competitive in electric power market.
