摘 要: 利用液相电沉积的方法在1600V,60℃条件下,从乙腈中沉积出类金刚石薄膜,发现了电流密度随反应时间呈波动变化的规律,并利用原子力显微镜和透射电子显微镜对薄膜不同生长阶段的形貌进行了考察. Diamond-like carbon films have been deposited on Si plate from acetonitrile by electrolysis of acetonitrile at 1600 V and 60 ℃. The fact that current density fluctuates like wave with deposition time has been found. The surface morphology of the film was investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
