摘 要: 合成了MCM - 2 2分子筛 ,利用T -D -R法计算了二异丙苯三种异构体的热力学性质 ,对二异丙苯烷基转移反应的热力学进行了分析。讨论了反应温度、空速、苯 /二异丙苯物质的量比、原料中水的质量分数对二异丙苯烷基转移反应的影响 ,结果表明MCM - 2 2分子筛对二异丙苯烷基转移反应具有良好的活性。 Zeolite MCM-22 was synthesized in a stainless steel autoclave and its structure and physical properties were characterized.Chemical thermodynamics properties of ortho-,para-and meta-diisopropylbenzene were calculated by means of T-D-R method, and chemical thermodynamics analyses of diisopropylbenzene transalkylation reaction was made. Influences of reaction temperature,weight hour space velocity(h -1),the molar ratio of benzene to diisopropylbenzene,water content of feedstock in the range 200?μL·L -1 to 475?μL·L -1 on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that zeolite MCM-22 keeps good catalyzed activity, selectivity and water stability in diisopropylbenzene transalkylation after 1?200 hours.
