摘 要: 采用均匀试验设计方法 ,利用摩擦磨损试验机及扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)对火焰喷涂尼龙 10 10 /石墨复合涂层的干摩擦磨损性能进行了测试 ,并利用SPSS统计软件对实验结果进行了回归分析 ,得到了复合涂层的干摩擦系数及磨损量与PV值之间的数学模型。结果表明 :在实验速度 ( 0 2 6~ 0 92m/s)及实验载荷 ( 10 0~ 3 5 0N)范围内 ,复合涂层的干摩擦系数为 0 3 95~ 0 419;在实验时间 ( 2 0min)内 ,涂层的磨损量为 3 0~ 14 5mg ,均优于纯尼龙涂层。 The dry friction and wear behavior of the flame spray coating of nylon 1010/ graphite composite were studied by means of uniform design method, wear-test machine and SEM. The statistics of regression analysis of the test results were made by using software SPSS 11.0, resulted in a numeral model of the relationship of the dry friction coefficient and wear mass loss with the PV volume. The results showed when the test velocity was 0.39~0.90 m/s, test loading 100~350 N, the friction coefficient was 0.395~0.419; when the test time was within 20 min, the wear mass loss was 3.0~14.5 mg, both of them were better than those of pure nylon. The wear mechanisms of the coating wear explained in terms of fatigue tearing and adhesive abrasion.
