摘 要: 通过动物免疫方法制备了啤酒酵母 (Saccharomycescerevisiae)和毕赤氏酵母 (Pichiapastoris)的免疫血清 ,再通过原生质体融合技术得到酵母融合子 ,经血清学检测发现 ,单倍体融合子可稳定表达亲代两种抗原 。 In this experiment,we prepared Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia pastoris serum by inoculating animals first . And then , we urged Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia pastoris to fuse by means of protoplasts fusion . By serological detecting , we find the fusants from haploid can express antigen of parents steadily , but the fusants from diploid express antigen of parents unsteadily .
