摘 要: 以三甘醇为单体稀释剂,合成了N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)-α-甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEMA)-甲基丙烯酸乙酯(EMA)三元共聚水凝胶,确定了较优工艺条件为:w(EMA)=6%,m(单体稀释剂):m(单体总量)=0.3:1,引发剂(偶氮二异丁腈)加入量为单体总量的0.1%(质量分数),交联剂(Bis)的加入量为0.1%(质量分数),在90℃反应20 h。分析结果表明:所合成的水凝胶具有良好的光学透明度和机械强度,其平衡含水量大于84%,拉伸强度为1.42 MPa。比NVP-HEMA二元共聚物的机械强度(0.51 MPa)约提高了2倍。 N-Vinylpyrrolidone ( NVP)-β-hydroxyethyl α-methacrylate (HEMA)-ethyl methacrylate (EMA) copolymer hydrogel was synthesized by radical copolymerization with triethylene glycol (TEG) as diluent. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: w(EMA) =6%, m(TEG) :m(tolal monomers)= 0. 3 : 1, initiator(AIBN) content 0. 1% (m/m), crosslinking agent (Bis) content 0. 1%(m/m), reaction temperature 90℃, reaction time 20 h. The analytic results showed that the equilibrium water content of NVP-HEMA-EMA hydrogel was >84%, while its tensile strength is 1. 42 MPa, which is about double that of NVP-HEMA hydrogel.
