摘 要: 采用耐氨固氮菌对芥蓝浸种处理,测定了芥蓝抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素含量。结果表明催芽3d后芥蓝芽POD活性升高,差异极显著(P<0.01),PPO活性降低,差异显著(P<0.05);芥蓝幼苗叶和根中SOD、PPO活性明显升高,差异极显著(P<0.01)或差异显著(P<0.05),而根中POD、CAT活性表现出下降随势(P<0.01或P<0.05)。这表明浸种处理后能在一定程度上增强芥蓝的抗氧化功能。 The activity of the antioxidant enzyme and chloropgyll contents were surveyed after steeping seeds in tolerance ammonia strains of N 2 fixing. The results showed that the activity of POD obviously increased and reachedextremely significant (P<0.01), PPO reduced and reached significant (P<0.05) after 3 days'hasten bud. SOD, PPO of the leaves and roots obvionslyincreased and reachedextremely significant or significant (P<0.01or P<0.05) but POD, CAT of theroots obviously reduced (P<0.01 or P<0.05). This indicated steeping seeds in tolerance ammonia strains of N 2 fixing could enhance the antioxidant fanction of Brassica albogra Bailey to a certain extent.
