摘 要: 以反相高效液相色谱法分离测定甲醇萃取印楝中的印楝素及三萜类物质 ,利用质谱研究十种印楝主要萃取成分。讨论其质谱的裂解特征 ,利用液 -质联用 (HPLC -MS)方法对印楝萃取物的主要成分进行定性结构分析 ,讨论萃取物中九种主要成分的结构 ,它们分别是 :(1)azadirachtinA ;(2 )azadirachtinD ;(3)azadirachtinB ;(4 )salannolactame - 2 1;(5 )2 1-oxo -ochinolide ;(6 ) 6 -desacetylnimbin ;(7)nimbin ;(8)salannol;(9)salannin。 Based on the reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, a HPLC/ MS method was developed to permit the rapid qualitative analyses of azadirachtin and related triterpenoids from seeds extracted with methanol. APCI+ standard scanning mass spectra of the ten Neem triteipenoids were recorded. It was discussed that the mass characteristic of ten neem tetranortriterpenoids gained through LC/MS with an ESI interface.Nine-tetranortriterpenoid structures were identified namely asazadirachtin A (1), azadirachtinD (2), azadirachtin (B) (3), salannolactame-21(4), 21-oxo-ochinolide(5), 6-desacetylnimbin(6), nimbin(7), salannol (8) ,salannin (9)
