耐酸性异养菌的分离及其在制革污泥重金属生物淋滤中的作用

摘  要: 从制革污泥中分离出一株异养微生物 ,经鉴定属于红酵母菌属 (Rhodotorulasp .)R30 ,测定菌株R30的适宜生长 pH范围为 3~ 7,但能耐受pH 2 5至 1 5的酸性环境 ,最适生长温度 2 8℃ .酵母R30在污泥水溶性有机物 (DOM )中培养 96h ,水溶性有机碳 (DOC)从 1 4 85mg/L降至 345mg/L ,菌数达 4 8× 1 0 7mL-1 .将污泥预酸化至pH 6 5 ,在进行污泥的生物淋滤过程中 ,添加酵母处理与不添加酵母处理的对照相比 ,淋滤时间减少了 4d ,淋滤周期显著缩短 ,在 7d的淋滤时间内 ,重金属Cr的溶出率提高 39% . A heterotrophic microorganism was isolated from sewage sludge, it was identified as Rhodotorula sp.R30. Its optimum pH for growth was 3~7, but it can stand the acidity of pH 2 5~1 5. The optimum temperature was 28℃. When R30 was inoculated in the medium containing dissolved organic matter derived from sewage sludge and incubated for 96 h, dissolved organic carbon in the medium declined from 1485 mg/L to 345 mg/L, and the yeast number was 4 8×10 7mL -1 . It was found through the batch trial that the period of bioleaching could be apparently shorted to 4 days if R30 was inoculated in the bioleaching system. Furthermore, the removal efficiency of Cr in sewage sludge could be enhanced by 39% with compared to the control without inoculating R30.
