摘　　要： 随着田径运动竞赛的不断发展 ,在裁判工作实践和规则学习中往往碰到一些问题或出现意想不到的情况。对这些疑难问题掉以轻心或处理不好 ,不仅影响了竞赛的正常进行和田径运动成绩的提高 ,甚至阻碍了田径运动技术的创新和发展。从多年的裁判实践和调查中挑选了 4例典型的疑难问题进行剖析 。 With the development of the track & field sports,some problems & unexpected situations often arise both in the study of the track & field rules and in the judges work. Treating the knotty problems lightly or handling them badly not only affects the normal competitions and the improvement in the track & field performance,but also hinders us from bringing forth new ideas in developing the skills in track & field sports. This article deals with the four typical knotty problems chosen from the writers several years work & investigation as a judge and it also analyzes the 4 knotty problems,puts forth the methods and proposals in solving them.
