摘 要: 对黄血蚕制品-金蚕宝制剂系列的保健作用研究表明:金蚕宝降脂I号表现出极显著降低高血脂模型小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)和血清甘油三脂(TG)的效果(P<0.01),并在一定剂量范围内显示出明显的剂量效应关系;金蚕宝降糖制剂可显著改善四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠三多一少的症状及降低血糖值,其中饲料消耗量、饮水量和尿量分别降低25%、47%和43%,并能维持体重,血糖值在对照组上升56%的状况下降低33%(P<0.01);研究微粉化后的蚕粉末对糖尿病的治疗效果和剂量,改进剂型比原剂型生物利用度提高一倍,且降糖效果(50.47%)显著优于格列本脲(34.63%)(P<0.05);对家蚕熟蚕粉和灵芝为主要材料的金蚕宝护肝制剂(JCBH)研究表明,金蚕宝护肝制剂和熟蚕粉均显著降低小鼠血中谷丙转氨酶(ALP)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的酶活力(P<0.01),金蚕宝护肝制剂略优于熟蚕粉,但与阳性药联苯双酯和熟蚕粉相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究结果表明黄血蚕具有较高的保健作用。 The health function of yellow blood silkworm preparation-Jincanbao series was studied. The result showed that TC and TG of the mice with hyperlipide model can be remarkably lowered down by Jincanbao No.1, indicating significant dosage effect in the range of given dosage. In comparison with the diabetic controls, the symptoms of alloxan-induced diabetic mice could be ameliorated by Jincanbao preparation and hyperglycemia was decreased significantly. Although feed ingestion, water intake and urine emiction of treated mice decreased 25%, 47% and 43% respectively, their weight had no remarkable variation. It was found that blood glucose in treated mice decreased 33% while that in the controls increased 56%. When silkworm powder was micronized, its bioavailability was increased one fold, and its effect (50.47%) in lowing hyperglycemia was better than that of Glibenclamide(34.63%). It was shown from the study on Jincanbao preparation for Hepatoprotection which mostly made by the powder of mature silkworm and glossy ganoderma that enzyme activity of ALP and AST in the mice of chemical damage model could be decreased significantly by Jincanbao preparation for Hepatoprotection and mature silkworm powder, but Jincanbao protect liver preparation was slightly better than mature silkworm powder. Compared with Bifendate (positive medicine control) and mature silkworm powder, there was no significant difference. It is shown that the yellow blood silkworm has health function for human.
