摘 要: 针对固态继电器在动态无功补偿应用中的故障,就电容切除时固态继电器上出现的残压进行了理论和实验分析,探讨了实际运行中由于该残压损坏固态继电器造成补偿装置故障的原因。从固态继电器参数选择和保护电路设计两方面提出了综合保护措施。据此研制出的动态无功补偿装置故障率大大降低,验证了研究的正确性。 As to the failures existing in dynamic reactive power compensation device with solid-state relay,the theoretical and experimental analysis is made for the residual voltage occurred during the switching of capacitor. The damage to solid - state relay caused by the residual voltage in the operation of compensation device is discussed. Protective measures are given from the parameter selection of solid- state relay and the design of protection circuit,which lowers the failure rate and verifies the correctness of the analysis and conclusion.
