摘　　要： 在论述西电东送的重要意义基础上 ,从电力体制改革和跨区互联电网建立两个方面分析了西电东送的可行性 ,基于南方电网的特殊性 ,讨论了西电东送对电网发展和安全性的影响 。 Based on the important significance of the program of power transmission from west China to east China,a feasibility study was analyzed from the points about electric system reforming and the building of transregional power network.Considering the unique characteristics of the Southern Interconnected Power Network,the paper discusses the effect of power transmission from west China to east China on the development and safety of power network,and brings out the progressive developing goals of the Southern Interconnected Power Network.
