摘 要: 制备了N ,N'-二苯基 - 2 ,3-丁二亚胺镍配合物 [C6 H5 NC(CH3)C (CH3)NC6 H5 ]NiCl2 (简写为NiL) ,NiL与TiCl4 复合负载在MgCl2 -SiO2 载体上 ,组成新型复合催化剂 (NiL -TiCl4) ,用普通AlR3 作助催化剂催化单一乙烯聚合。研究了NiL/TiCl4 摩尔比 ,各种助催化剂Et2 AlCl ,Al(i -Bu) 3 ,AlEt3 对聚合反应的影响。聚合的产物用IR ,13 CNMR方法进行分析表征。结果表明 ,NiL -TiCl4 复合催化剂用普通烷基铝作助催化剂催化单一乙烯聚合 。 N,N'-diphenyl-2,3-butyl-diimino nickeldichloride-titanium tetrachlor ide{C 6H 5-N= C(CH 3)-C (CH 3)=N-C 6H 5NiCl 2}-TiCl 4,abbrevia ted as NiL-TiCl 4 combined catalyst supported on MgCl 2-SiO 2 carrier was prepared,using alky aluminum (AlR 3) instead of methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst to catalyze ethylene p olymer i zation and copolymerization in situ.Influence of NiL/TiCl 4 mole ratio and coc a talyst type on ethylene polymerization was studied. Branching degree of produce d polymer was examined by IR and 13 C NMR spectra.Combined catalys t together wit h conventional alkyl aluminum as cocatalyst can synthesize various ethyl, butyl,an d hexyl (n>6) branched polyethylene,and is thus capable of carrying out in-situ ethylene homopolymerization and copolymerization.
