摘　　要： 面对竞争越来越激烈的世界银行市场,中国银行业要得到进一步发展必须进行深层次的变革,主要包括以下3个方面:公司业务上的变革、客户服务上的变革以及银行经营理念和内部管理机制的变革。 Facing the market of the World Bank under more and more drastic competition, Chinese banking business, which wants to get the further development, must make the transformations at deep level. Those transformations include three important aspects: the transformation of company's operation, the transformation of service, and the transformation of bank's operation conception and the internal management mechanism.
