摘 要: 以丙酮为溶剂、三乙胺为缚酸剂 ,苯二酚 1 0mmol,n(苯二酚 )∶n(氯乙酰氯 ) =1 .0∶3 .0 ,在 0℃~ 5℃的冰水浴下反应 3 0min后再加热回流 4h~ 5h ,合成了两个双氯乙酸苯二酚酯 (收率分别为 63 .4% ,70 .2 % ) ,其结构经元素分析、1HNMR和MS确认。 Dihydroxybenzene-bischloroacetates were synthesized from dihydroxybenzene and chloroacetyl chloride using propanone as a solvent, triethylamine as a deacid reagent. Under the reaction conditions that dihydroxybenzene was 10mmol, the molar ratio of dihydroxybenzene to chloroacetyl chloride was 1.0 ∶3.0 and reflux time was 4h~5h, the yields of dihydroxybenzene-bischloroacetates were 63.4% and 70.2% respectively. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and MS.
