摘 要: 由振动刀具与回转工件在接触瞬间产生碰撞的动能损失公式,进一步分析了碰撞过程动能损失对被切材料塑性变形的影响,从而对振动切削时切削力减少的主要原因作出解释。 By means of the formula of kinetic energy loss as the result of the collision of the vibrating tool with the turning workpiece in the contacting instant, the influence of kinetic energy loss while the collision process'on the plastic deformation cut material is analyzed further。 Thereby, the main factor that cutting force is reduced in the vibrating cutting is made an explanation.
