摘　　要： 中国近代大学是在特殊的历史背景下诞生的,本文试图分析在它创建过程中东西方文化在教育上的冲突与融合,指出正确看待民族传统文化对于建立真正具有中国特色的高等教育意义重大。 Modern universities in china were founded in special background of history. This paper tries to analyze collision and mixture between the East culture and the West culture on education. To higher education in china, there is a wonderful meaning about criticizing correctly the tradition culture.
