摘 要: 对合成碱式碳酸铝铵及α纳米氧化铝的新方法进行了研究 ,基于均匀设计试验方案的应用 ,本文在试验中成功地合成同时优化了碱式碳酸铝铵的粒度及组成 ,从而得到不含结晶水的碱式碳酸铝铵微晶。试验还表明 ,固相法合成得到的碱式碳酸铝铵系经由γ→α的过程裂解成为α氧化铝的 ,呈现了良好的的裂解特征 ,此外 。 The novel method for synthesis of ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide and αalumina were studied. In this paper, basis of the application of uniform experimental design, the particle size as well as components of the ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide were optimized synchronously and successfully, and got the microcrystals of the ammonium aluminium carbonate hydroxide which has no crystal water . The experiment also showed that the aluminium carbonate hydroxide synthesized with solid method was pyrolyzed toαalumina via γ→αprocess, which presented nice pyrolysis character. As an assist flux of pyrolysis, sodium chloride has remarkable effect to accelerate the αphase change.
