摘　　要： 高校精神文化是高校在长期办学进程中形成的办学理念、校风、学风、文化心理、理想信念、价值取向、伦理道德、团队精神等。目前一些高校存在商业化外在化倾向明显、忽视精神文化建设等问题。根据高校的性质、地位和作用 ,高校要实践"三个代表"的重要思想 ,就必须加强精神文化建设。高校精神文化建设要传承学校特色和文化优势 ;要立足学科优势 ;要依靠全员的努力和创造 ;更要发扬民主 ,改善人际关系 ,培养团队精神。 In the long development course, spiritual culture in institution of higher learning is formed with school-running ideology, school spirit, academic atmosphere, cultural psychology, ideals and beliefs, value-orientation, ethics and morals, team spirit and so on. At present, some colleges and universities show obvious trend of commercialization and externalization and also neglect the construction of spiritual culture. In order to carry out the important thought of 'Three Represents', colleges and universities must strengthen the construction of spiritual culture on the basis of their nature, status and function. In terms of the construction of spiritual culture, colleges and universities should inherit and pass on their school characteristics and cultural advantages, give priority to their discipline superiorities and rely on each member's effort and creativeness. More importantly, colleges and universities should also promote democracy, improve interpersonal relations as well as foster team spirit.
