中和—曝气—生物活性炭处理制浆黑液的研究

摘  要: 本文研究了中和——曝气——生物活性炭对碱法制浆黑液的处理。进行了微生物的驯化及培养,使其能适应于制浆黑液的处理,并探讨了溶液浓度、pH、吸附时间对活性炭吸附的影响。实验结果表明,黑液经中和处理能除去约43%的COD,再经曝气处理后除去84%的COD,最后经生物活性炭处理,COD去除率达97.9%,BOD去除率达98.0%。色度去除率达98.0%。经三级处理后,COD从11048mg/L降至230mg/L以下,出水达国家排放标准。 In this paper, the black liquid of alkaline process treated with technology of 'Neutralization —Aeration — Biological activated carbon' is studied . Domestication and culture of aerobic microorganism were carried out for being suitable for the treatment of black liquid of alkaline process. The efffect of consistence, pH, absorption time of black liquid on the activated carbon ab- sorptivity is also discussed. The experiments show that black liquid has 43% COD reduction with neutralization, 84% COD reduction with neutralization-aeration, 97. 9% COD reduction and 98. 0% BOD reduction and 98. 0% color reduction with 'neutralization-aeration-biological activated carbon' treatment. The COD in black liquid treated is lower than 230 mg/L and color lower than 50 degree, which can reach the discharging standards set by the country.
