摘　　要： 　港澳台商投资山东具有两个重要特点:一是外资投资高度集中制造业和房地产两大产业部门,二是高度集中山东半岛地区。这是由于外资的特性和客观经济规律发挥作用的结果。政府的政策对外商投资的产业分布和地区分布有影响,但不要对这种影响估计过高。 Investment of businessmen from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan possesses two features:one is that the investment highly centers around manufacturing industry and real estate;the other is that the investment highly focuses on Shandong peninsula,which is the result of the attributes of foreign capital and of the function of objective economic law.Of course,governmental policies have effects on industrial and district distribution of foreign investment,but they should not be estimated excessively.
