摘　　要： 国际投资法律制度的统一是全球化的重要内容之一。国际投资主体利益的冲突性、多样性 ,使得国际投资法律制度成为全球化进程中最迫切而又进展最为艰难的领域之一。如何解决国际投资领域制度层面的矛盾 ,已经成为经济全球化的不可回避的问题。 The unity of the legal systems for international investment is one of the important parts of globalization. The conflict and diversity of the international investors make the system become one of the most difficult and urgent field to develop in the progress of globalization. How to solve the conflicts and contradictions in the levels of the system has been an unavoidable problem.
