摘　　要： 大学内部学术管理是大学管理核心 ,学术管理能否有效运行直接关系到大学的发展。大学内部学术管理的有效运作需要两个理念平台 :一是凸显“学术权力”在学术管理中的主角地位 ;二是学术自由应是学术管理的基本理念。当然 ,学术管理中不能忽略行政权力的重要作用 ,同时 ,学术自由无论是作为一种制度还是一种理念 ,都应有其“适用度” Academic management is the core of the management of the university and therefore its effective operation affects greatly the development of the university. The effective operation of internal academic management requires two ideal platforms, namely, the prominent role of academic authority and academic freedom. Of course, administrative authority is not to be neglected in academic management.
