摘 要: 建立了基于三箱式轿车结构的参数化分析模型。根据车身概念设计的流程和特点构建了概念设计阶段的车身开发平台,平台封装了开发所需的大部分分析和优化方法,并实现了轿车参数化分析模型和车身开发平台的集成,使得设计人员可以在统一的操作环境下基本实现对汽车车身概念设计过程的控制。研究表明,该系统实现了早期车身开发的CAD与CAE的集成,提高结构方案选择的效率和结构设计的可靠性,表现出很大的柔性,提高了设计效率。 The parametric FE model of three-box type body is created. The development platform of auto body concept design is created according to the development process and the characteristic of auto body concept design, which included most analysis and optimization method of development and realized integration of three-box type body FE model and development platform. This make designers can control the process of concept design auto body under a unified operational condition. The research presents that, this system can carry out the integration of CAD/CAE in early auto body development, enhance the efficiency of project selected and the reliability of structure designed. It has good flexible and make design efficiency improve.
