摘 要: 本文基于产业组织理论和资源基础观对战略业务单元退出进行了分析 ,认为在确定战略业务单元退出模型时主要应同时考虑到以下几个因素 ,否则难以促进企业的可持续发展 ,一是企业业务间资源的衔接度 ,二是进退业务的市场竞争度、三是企业待退出业务的生命周期。基于企业战略业务单元退出模型的定性分析 ,本文根据业务退出方式的不同提出了相应的战略业务单元退出模型 ,即业务出售模型、业务关闭模型和转产模型。 This paper studies the model of strategic business exit quantitatively, and concludes that the factors such as the life cycle of business, resource linkage and competitions between entry business and exit business are all to be taken into account in order to promote the sustained growth of enterprise. Based on the qualitative analyses, in this paper three models of strategic exit, which include selling-off, changing product and closing-down are put forward according to the differences of the exit mode.
