摘　　要： 参考国内外有关学校材料专业的培养方案,根据多年来在本科教学上的心得以及对陶瓷工业需求的了解,对本科阶段的陶瓷专业人才的培养方法进行了探讨,认为应当加强基础,重视素质,鼓励实践,优化师资。 Referenced the education schedules of materials-major of domestic and oversea universities, theauthors discuss the education method of ceramics-major undergraduate students based on their educationexperiences of the major and the understanding to the requirement of ceramic industry. They think thatenhancing basic knowledge, stressing quality education, encouraging practice and optimized teachers are veryimportant for high-level education.
