摘 要: 研究了以甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙腈、甲基叔丁基醚为溶剂在超声波辅助条件下萃取印楝素的工艺 ,利用高效液相色谱法进行快速测定印楝素含量 ,筛选出较佳萃取溶剂为甲醇。通过正交实验找到超声波辅助条件下甲醇萃取印楝素的较佳条件 :料液比 1∶2 ;超声波功率设定 2 0 0W ;超声波作用时间设定为 15min ,此时印楝素萃取率达 0 3792 %。 The azadirachtin was extracted by using of the ultrasonic-assisted process (UAP) with different solvent such as methanol, ethanol, acetone, methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTB) and acetonitrile. The azadirachtin content of extraction solution was fleshly quantitative analyzed by HPLC. The methanol was best solvent for extracting azadirachtin. The optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions with methanol were ratio of material to liquid 1∶2 (w/v), ultrasonic power 200 W and ultrasonic time 15min. The yield of azadirachtin was 0.3786% (methanol as solvent).
