摘 要: 通过动物免疫方法制备了鼠抗长双歧 (B .longum)和两歧双歧杆菌 (B .bifidum)的免疫血清及兔抗长双歧 (B .longum)和两歧双歧杆菌 (B .bifidum)的免疫血清 ,经双夹心ELISA法对双歧杆菌发酵乳制品中双歧杆菌检测 ,检测最低浓度可达 1 0 7cfu/mL ,仅耗时 8h ,用此血清和乳制品中常见细菌反应 ,未见明显交叉反应 。 In this experiment, we prepared B.Longum and B.Bifidum serums from mice and rabbits Using the serums detect Bifidobacteria in dairy products by Enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), the minimum concentration is 10 7 cfu/mL. This method needs only 8 hours for detection. The serums react specifically strong with Bifidobacteria, and hardly react with other familiar bacteria in dairy products The experiment provide a way for serological rapid detecting of Bifidobacteria in dairy products
