摘　　要： 从协同学的角度分析了加州能源危机发生的必然性,认为危机的发生是因为系统内各经济实体都只关心自身的最大经济利益,缺乏全系统协同发展的机制。若能让各经济实体在考虑自身利益的同时也能考虑全系统的整体利益,则将在各经济实体间增加相互联系的信息流,从而有效地抑制对称性破缺的发生,进而使电力市场更加强健。 In this paper,the inevitability of the energy crisis in California is analyzed in a synergetic way.The conclusion is drawn that the tragedy is happened because of the selfishness of each entity and the lack of coordination mechanism in the entire power system.Information flow can be established between the entities if they all consider the general interests as well as their own interests,thus the breaking of symmetry is supporessed or delayed,while the power market can be more robust.
