摘　　要： 在借鉴系统工程学中的层次分析与模糊决策理论的基础上,提出了企业家经营能力评价的层次分析模型与模糊决策方法。依据企业家经营能力评价的层次分析模型,可以计算出被评价企业家所具备的主要经营能力的各能力权重系数;依据模糊决策方法,可以测算出被评价企业家经营企业的能力指数,并通过与专家意见法所设定的经营能力指数的相互比较,来确定企业家目前所处的位置。 On the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Decision-making Theorem,the paper puts forward the AHP Model combined with Fuzzy Decision-making Theorem of entrepreneur's manipulation capability appraisal.According to AHP model,each primary capability parameter of entrepreneur's manipulation capability can be computed.Based on Fuzzy Decision-making Theorem,each capability index can be counted.At last,by contracting with the normal indexes sit up by experts.,the result of capability index can indicate the present level of entrepreneur's manipulation capability.
