摘 要: 系统地介绍了高炉专家系统的发展过程。尤其是某钢铁厂炼铁厂 75 0m3 高炉专家控制系统的详细情况。该高炉专家控制系统是以先进的工艺模型、神经网络、和增强的软硬件功能为基础 ,专门采用模块化的软件处理模式 ,使得该系统具有极强的兼容性、容错性和自适应性。实现了高炉炉况的目前和演变趋势的预测 ,保证了高炉生产的安全、稳定和顺行。 The development of the expert system for BF was introduced systemically,especially, the details of a new control system used for a 750 M 3 BF. Based on the advanced process models, neural networks, enhanced software and hardware applications, this system adopted the soft process mode with modularization, and was possessed of compatibility, fault tolerance and self adaptability, therefore, the BFs real time state and its transformation tendency could be forecasted, and the safety stability and smooth running could be ensured.
