摘 要: 采用计算机远程通信与控制技术,利用覆盖极为广泛的公用电话通信网,将独立、分散的环境检测点相连接,构筑城市(区域)环境实时监测网络,实现水、大气、污染源等自动连续监测,完成环境指数的实时采集,实现城市(区域)环境指数的全天候、24小时监控,及时记录和掌握城市(区域)环境状况,预防和及时发现污染事故。该文介绍了系统关键技术和系统结构设计、功能划分及软硬件实现。 With the telecommunication and telecontrol technology, the environment monitoring stations, which distribute among a city, are connected to the centered-computer to form an environment monitoring network system(EMNS),fulfilling real-time data sampling of environment information, such as water, atmosphere and pollution sources and so on. The scheme of system software and hardware is developed in the paper.
