摘 要: 综述了近年有关苹果成熟软化方面的研究进展,介绍了苹果软化的特性、细胞学基础和影响苹果采后软化的主要原因(采前、采收时和采收后),并就苹果软化的进一步研究提出了设想。 This paper reviewed the recent advances in the apple fruit softening. The cellular basis of apple softening and factors (pre-, at and postharvest) that affect apple fruit softening were summarized .The advanced research in this subject were also discussed.
