摘 要: 以改良双缩脲法对台湾相思、大叶相思、马占相思、石栗等4种乔木和五爪金龙、南美蟛蜞菊、肿柄菊、薇甘菊等4种草本植物共8种外来植物的叶片进行可溶性蛋白质分析,其叶片中蛋白质的含量(干物质基础)依次为8.76%、16.36%、21.11%、8.47%、5.86%、8.42%、6.10%、3.50%.这表明这几种外来植物叶片均是制备叶蛋白的良好原料. The contents of protein in the leaves of Acacia ConfusaMerr.,Acacia auriculaeformis Gann,Acacia mangium Willd.,Aleurites moluccana (L.) Willd,Zpomoea Caireca (L.) Willd.,Wedelia trilobata (L.) Hichl.,Tithonic diversifolia A.Gray and Mikania micrantha Kunth were analyzed by biuret reaction.As a result,the protein contents (On the basis of dried material) of the above 8 species leaves are8.76%,16.36%,21.11%,8.47%,5.86%?8.42%?6.10%?3.50%.It proves that all these alien plants leaves are good raw materials of refining leaf-protein.
