摘 要: 采用超声波法,通过两种溶剂(乙醇和丙酮)的比较,选择乙醇作为溶剂,在确定单因子的基础上,设计正交实验,探讨罗汉果中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺.研究结果表明:以30%的乙醇,1∶30的料液比,浸取24h,在70℃下超声45min,罗汉果中黄酮的浸取率最高. This article gave a comparative study of two solutes(alcohol and acetone solution)by means of ultrasonic wave and select alcohol as a solute.On the base of single factor,the orthogonal design was introduced and studied on the optimum extracting conditions of flavonids from Siraitia grosvenorii.The results showed that in 30alcohol-water,the rationg of solid to liquid 1∶30,dousing over 24 hours,ultrasonic wave lasting for 45 minutes wnder 70 Celsius,the extraction of flavonids was the best.
