摘　　要： 根据研究对象的不同,现代企业理论可以划分为两个大的流派,即企业的契约理论和企业的能力理论。由于研究视角和方法的问题,两大理论流派存在着各自的局限性。从现实的角度看,企业的本质是"生产"和"契约"两重基本规定性的统一。作为生产和契约知识长期积累的结果,企业是异质的。企业的异质性假设是构建一个完整的企业理论和解释企业内生成长的前提和基础。 On the basis of research objects, modernized enterprises theory can be divided into two major schools of thought: the contract theory of the enterprise, and the capacity theory of the enterprise. Due to the problems in the perspectives and approaches of research, either of the two schools of thought has its own limitation. Viewed from the reality, the essence of the enterprise is the unity of the basic dual regulat'production' and 'contract'. As a result of long-term accumulation of the knowledge of production and contract, enterprises are heterogeneous. The hypothesis of enterprise heterogeneity is a prerequisite and a base for the construction of a complete enterprise theory, and for the interpretation of enterprise internal growth.
